All medical cannabis facilities and cultivation centers in the District of Columbia are highly inspected to ensure sustainability, sanitation, health, and compliance. When you purchase from a dispensary you know your product was grown in DC.
DCCTA is the ONLY source of tax revenue from cannabis sales in the District of Columbia. These dollars help fund important DC initiatives.
In DC, to get a cannabis card, residents must submit a Medical Cannabis Patient Application online or by mail, or in-person Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.—4:00 p.m.
- You will need a healthcare practitioner recommendation, unless you are 65 or older, in which case you may self-certify.
